To include yourself in the online church directory,
complete the ON-LINE MEMBER DIRECTORY
INFORMATION form (Word Document) or (PDF)
and return it to the Ken Earl mailbox or email the
completed form to hopedigitalmedia@gmail.com.
Forms also available at the Visitor kiosk in
the FLC.
When your information has been entered into the
directory, Hope members will receive an Email (if
you provided an email address) with a link to allow
you to log in and view the directory.
Note: Only Hope members will have access
to view the directory. As soon as a member
becomes inactive, their access is revoked.
NOTE: The first time you log in, you must select
the "First time signing in? Create a login now"
option that appears at the bottom of the "Church
Member Sign In" block to create your password.
You must use the church member's email address
that you put on the ON-LINE MEMBER DIRECTRY
INFORMATION form.
Members will receive a second email from Hope
Lutheran Church that will contain a link. When
the members click on the link, they are taken to a
page where it is simple for them to browse their
photo library to upload, and submit a family photo
of their choice.
“I do not use the Internet, should I still join?” Yes.
This allows Hope members access to the information
you provide, such as name, address, phone etc..
You decide what information to make available.
Optional: You can attach a family picture to your
form, it will be returned, or you can have the Media
Team take your picture. See Ken Earl on any Sunday.
A church member can change their password by
logging into members.instantchurchdirectory.com and
selecting "Update Password." Once they update their
password here, it will now be the password they use
for all login purposes (Online Member Directory
and all mobile apps).

and view family members. Members will also be able to
call, email or text if a phone number or email address is
available on the church, staff or family details. Changes
that are generated on Instant Church Directory Online
will automatically download to each member's devices,
ensuring they always have the latest information.

Who can access the app?
Anyone who has an email address listed in the
directory (under their family details) will be able to
request access to download and sync the directory
on their device. Each member will receive a pass-
word per device, which cannot be shared with other
members. Any member that is set to Inactive will
not be able to procure a password. If a member has
the directory on their device, and is later set to Inactive,
they will no longer be able to sync and access the
directory until they are set back to Active. Furthermore,
all of the data is protected by SSL so only you and
your members will have access to your church data.
